A toy shop has 4 shelves, and each shelf has 12 toy cars. How many toy cars are there in total?
To find the total number of toy cars, we multiply 4 shelves by 12 cars per shelf: 4 × 12 = 48 toy cars.
What is 7 times 8?
7 multiplied by 8 equals 56 because it adds 7 eight times.
