1. About Dailulu

Dailulu is an educational platform that provides daily tests for children aged 4-13. The service is intended for use by parents or guardians who create and manage their children's profiles.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • By signing up, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of any child whose profile you create
  • Children may not create accounts directly

3. Your Account

  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account
  • Account access is intended for use within your household only — do not share login details with third parties

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Dailulu for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Use automated tools or scripts without our permission
  • Reproduce or distribute any content from Dailulu without prior written consent

5. Children's Use

Dailulu is designed for children under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Parents are responsible for monitoring their children's use and ensuring it is appropriate. By creating a child profile, you confirm you are that child's parent or legal guardian. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle child data.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Dailulu — including questions, text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Dailulu and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.

Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by Dailulu to improve the service without any obligation to compensate you.

7. Content & AI Assistance

Some questions and content on Dailulu are generated with the assistance of AI tools. We aim to ensure all content is accurate, age-appropriate, and safe.

8. Free Access & Payments

Dailulu is currently free to use during our early access period. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future. We will provide reasonable notice before any pricing changes that affect existing users. Payment terms, billing, and refunds will be provided at the time of introducing paid plans.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Dailulu is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements. Educational outcomes may vary. Dailulu is not a substitute for formal education, professional instruction, or assessment.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dailulu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruption.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by such changes.

You agree to indemnify and hold Dailulu harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may delete your account directly within the app at any time. Account deletion will also remove all associated child profiles and data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Your use of Dailulu is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Dailulu after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a notice on our website.

16. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
