The area of one circle is π * r^2. For radius 5 cm, the area is approximately 78.5 square cm, so for two circles it's 157 square cm. Other options do not consider doubling the area.
If you bought 5 rectangular sheets of paper, each measuring 30 cm by 20 cm, what is the total area of the paper you purchased?
The area of one sheet is 600 cm² (30 cm x 20 cm), so for five sheets, it’s 3000 cm². Wrong answers might come from not multiplying by 5.
A rectangle has a length of 10cm and a width of 5cm. What is the area of the rectangle in square centimeters?
The area of a rectangle is calculated by multiplying length by width. So, 10cm × 5cm = 50cm².
A parallelogram always has four right angles.
While a rectangle is a type of parallelogram that has four right angles, not all parallelograms have right angles; only opposite angles are equal.
